We are a small operation and we rely on other companies to run the service. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job.
| Company | What it does |
|---|---|
| Neon | Stores the database |
| Fly.io | Runs the servers |
| Cloudflare | Stores the recordings, serves the sites, runs the anti-bot check |
| Resend | Delivers the emails |
| xAI | Evaluates the transcription of your answer |
In the United States. Our database and servers are hosted there, and the companies above are US-based. If you are in Canada, the European Union or anywhere else, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Signing up means you are alright with that.
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Voice recordings | 30 days, then deleted. Long enough to listen back to yourself. |
| Transcription, feedback and scores | Until you ask us to delete them, so your progress survives the recording |
| Email address and consent record | Until you ask us to delete them |
Write to support@aprubo.ai and we will:
We answer within 30 days. If we cannot verify that the request comes from the owner of the address, we will not act on it — that protection is the reason.
This is not built for children. It is practice for an adult immigration exam, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we will remove it.
When this changes we update the date at the top. If a change affects what we do with recordings already made, we will email you before it takes effect rather than change the page quietly.
Aprubo is an independent project, not yet an incorporated company. Until it is, the people running it are responsible for the information described here, andsupport@aprubo.ai reaches them directly.
